In this page you can download the syllabus of all level Library group .In the syllabus of CAAN (Library) the examination is divided in two phase written and interview. Written examination is of 200 marks which is in two papers first paper and second paper. The two papers exam will held in two separate days. Interview is oral of 30 marks it is only for those who has been selected from written examination. In Library group there are syllabus of level 5, 6, 7 and level 8. Medium of written examination is Nepali, English and both. The syllabus is for open and internal competitive examination.
Level 5 Library group: The paper is divided in two parts, first paper is about general knowledge, general ability test, it is both multiple choice questions (45 minutes) and subjective questions (2 hours 30 minutes). second paper is about service related, time period for it is 3 hours. Computer test is of 10 marks and Interview is of 30 marks.
Level 6 Library group: The paper is divided in two parts, first paper is about general knowledge, general ability test, English language test and management, it is both multiple choice questions (45 minutes) and subjective questions (1 hour 30 minutes). second paper is about service related, time period for it is 3 hours. Interview is of 30 marks.
Level 7 Library group: Same as level 6 but the topics of subject may differ from each level.
Level 8 Library group: First paper is about administration and management , it is subjective and logical problem solving type questions, time period for it is 3 hours. Second paper is service related it is also subjective (logical problem solving) time period 3 hours. Interview is of 30 marks.
The candidate who has been selected from the written examination are eligible for an interview.
