In this syllabus of NATHM Instructor (Food Production and control, Pastry, Food and Beverage, accommodation) Level 6 you find that there are two phase of examination. First phase is written of 200 marks and it is divided in two papers, first paper is about General Knowledge, General Aptitude Test and English Language Competency Test and Hotel Management total 100 marks and 1 hour 30 minutes time period. Second paper is Service Related, total 100 marks and 3 hours time period.
Second phase examination is Interview of 30 marks.
The candidate who has been selected from the written examination are eligible for an interview.
