Here in the syllabus of Officer First Level (Administration) you can find the examination is divided in two phase first is written and the second phase is Interview. Written phase is divided in two exam paper, first paper is Subjective question about Administration and development which is of 100 marks and 3 hours time period. Second paper is Subject Related it is also subjective question, full mark 100 and time period 3 hours.
Second phase is Interview which is of 30 marks and it is oral.
The candidate who has been selected from the written examination are eligible for an interview.
